Drinks: Guests are invited to BYO alcohol & non-alcoholic drinks. Champagne buckets filled with ice will be supplied on the table, along with jugs of water for self service 

Seating: Guests will be seated on long tables with name place cards. Please email us if you would like to sit with a group.

Age Requirements: Whilst there are no minimum age requirements, there will be no provision for childrens' meals on the night

Accessibility: The Samford Farmers' Hall is wheelchair accessible with a lift available. The Dayboro Showgrounds are also wheelchair accessible. Please advise us of any special requirements when booking. 

Dietary Requirements: Some dietary requirements can be accommodated. Please email us with information of your particular requirements. 

Getting There: The Samford Farmers' Hall is located on Main Street, Samford Village.  For those driving, there is car parking available in Cash Avenue N. There is plenty of onsite car parking available at the Dayboro Showgrounds. Alternatively, visit Translink for public transport options.
