SAMFORD HARVEST [WINTER]

4th - 6th July 2025

$120pp

LOOP Growers, Draper

Never heard of a hakurei turnip? You’re not alone — but trust us, you’ll want a second bite. Curious about guanciale? It’s like bacon’s fancy Italian cousin. More into hearty comfort? Twice-cooked lamb with fennel jam is calling your name. Whatever your taste, Samford Harvest [Winter] is serving up something worth talking about (and definitely worth eating).

Chef Alastair McLeod has created a seasonal menu that puts the spotlight on the incredible growers of the Samford Valley and surrounds.

We’d love to have you with us this July at the Loop Growers barn as we unveil what’s on the table for the next chapter of Samford Harvest.
